He is just a misunderstood, fun-loving pug looking for a hug and the opportunity to spread more love and kindness in the world. Mugsy’s mantra is you can’t always judge a book by its cover. If you give him a chance, he is a forever loyal companion who is willing to do whatever it takes to go the extra mile to make you smile.
